Common use of Other Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Other Fees and Expenses. The Borrower shall have paid (A) to the Administrative Agent, for the account of each Lender the fees (including arranger fees, if any) agreed to be paid to them by the Borrower in connection with this Agreement and (B) to the Administrative Agent (or its affiliates) all fees and expenses, including fees and expenses of counsel to the Administrative Agent, agreed in writing to be paid by the Borrower in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement (and, in the case of any such expenses, for which invoices in reasonable detail shall have been submitted to the Borrower at least five Business Days prior to the Sixth Restatement Effective Date).

The Borrower shall have paid (A) to the Administrative Agent, for the account of each Extending Revolving Lender and each Tranche B Term Loan Lender the fees (including arranger fees, if any) agreed to be paid to them by the Borrower in connection with this Agreement and (B) to the Administrative Agent (or its affiliates) all fees and expenses, including fees and expenses of counsel to the Administrative Agent, agreed in writing to be paid by the Borrower in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement (and, in the case of any such expenses, for which invoices in reasonable detail shall have been submitted to the Borrower at least five Business Days prior to the Sixth Fourth Restatement Effective Date).
