There is no registration covering or purporting to cover any interest of any kind in Airframes and Engines constituting Collateral (other than Permitted Liens), and there are no International Interests registered on the International Registry in respect of such. Each Grantor will not execute or authorize or permit to be filed in any public office any registration covering International Interests on the International Registry (other than the Lien created under this Agreement and the related Mortgage Supplement(s)) relating to such Collateral or location.
