Common use of Other Financial Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Other Financial Indebtedness. After giving effect to the Transactions, neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries shall have any Financial Indebtedness, except (i) Financial Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, (ii) Financial Indebtedness incurred pursuant to the Other Loan Agreement and (iii) other Financial Indebtedness permitted hereunder and set forth on Schedule VIII hereto.

Other Financial Indebtedness. After giving effect to the TransactionsTransaction (including the Refinancing of the $355 Credit Agreement), neither the Borrower Parent Guarantor nor any of its Subsidiaries shall have any Financial Indebtedness, except (i) Financial Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, (ii) Financial Indebtedness incurred pursuant to the Other Loan Agreement and (iii) other Financial Indebtedness permitted hereunder and set forth on Schedule VIII hereto.

After giving effect to the TransactionsAcquisition, the Refinancing and the Transaction (including the Closing Date), neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries shall have any Financial Indebtedness, except (i) Financial Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, (ii) Financial Indebtedness incurred pursuant to the Other Loan Agreement Agreements and (iii) other Financial Indebtedness permitted hereunder and set forth on Schedule VIII hereto.
