Other Financing Statements and Liens. Without the prior consent of the Buyer, NCMC shall not file or suffer to be on file or filed, or authorize or permit to be filed or to be on file, in any jurisdiction, any financing statement or like instrument with respect to the Pledged Collateral in which the Buyer is not named as the sole secured party.
