Other Financing Statements and Liens. Except for Permitted Liens, no Credit Party shall (i) file or suffer to be on file, or authorize or permit to be filed or to be on file, in any jurisdiction, any financing statement or like instrument or (ii) create or permit the creation of any Lien or allow any Lien to subsist, with respect to the Collateral in which the Trustee is not named as the sole secured party for the benefit of the Trustee and the Holders.
