Other Financing Statements or Control. The Loan Parties shall not (a) file or authorize or permit to be filed or to be on file, in any jurisdiction, any financing statement or like instrument with respect to any of the Collateral other than any such financing statement or like instrument naming the Collateral Agent as secured party in its capacity as agent hereunder, or (b) cause or permit any Person other than the Collateral Agent to have Control of any Deposit Account, Electronic Chattel Paper, Investment Property or Letter-of-Credit Right constituting part of the Collateral.
