Common use of Other Financing Statements or Control Clause in Contracts

Other Financing Statements or Control. The Borrower shall not (a) file or suffer to be on file, or authorize or permit to be filed or to be on file, in any jurisdiction, any financing statement or like instrument with respect to any of the Collateral in which the Secured Party is not named as the sole Secured Party, or (b) cause or permit any Person other than the Secured Party to have Control of any Deposit Account, Securities Account, Commodities Account, Tangible Chattel Paper, Electronic Chattel Paper, Investment Property, Instruments or Letter-of-Credit Right constituting part of the Collateral, other than the Custodian to the extent permitted by the other Security Documents.
