Other Foreign Exchange Transactions and Currency Options. Where close-out and liquidation occurs in accordance with Section 8.1, the Non-Defaulting Party shall also be entitled to close-out and liquidate, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any other foreign exchange transaction or currency option entered into between the Parties which is then outstanding in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.1, with each obligation of a Party to deliver a Currency under such a foreign exchange transaction being treated as if it were a Currency Obligation (including exercised options, provided that cash-settled options shall be treated analogously to Options to be settled at their In-the-Money Amount) and each unexercised option being treated as if it were an Option under the Agreement.
