Other General Partner Obligations. (a) The General Partner shall cause Lessee to pay and perform each of its Obligations when due. The General Partner acknowledges and agrees that it is executing this Agreement as a principal as well as the general partner on behalf of Lessee, and that its obligations hereunder as general partner are full recourse obligations to the same extent as those of Lessee.
