Other Government Assistance. 4.1 Until the end of the Control Period, the Recipient will promptly inform the Agency, in writing, of any assistance that has been, will be or could be received from federal, provincial or municipal sources other than those identified in Schedule 2 – Statement of Work. The Agency may adjust the Contribution to take into account the amount of any such assistance and may require repayment from the Recipient.
