Other Government Laws. Akouos shall comply with, and ensure that its Affiliates and Sublicensees comply with, all mandatory and applicable government statutes and regulations that relate to Licensed Products. These include but are not limited to FDA statutes and regulations, the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, codified in 50 App. U.S.C. 2041 et seq. and the regulations promulgated thereunder or other applicable export statutes or regulations.
