Common use of Other Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Other Guarantors. The Parent may, at its option, cause any other Person that is not already a Guarantor to become a New Guarantor by executing and delivering to the Agent an Accession Agreement, together with the other items required to be delivered under the subsection (c) below.
