Common use of Other inconsistencies Clause in Contracts

Other inconsistencies. If there is any inconsistency between the provisions of this Deed and the constitution of the Deed Company and any other obligation binding on the Deed Company, the provisions of this Deed prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, and all persons bound by this Deed agree to sign all documents and do all things necessary to remove such inconsistency, the costs of which will be borne by the Deed Company.
