Other Indebtedness Documents. Upon the request of Lender, Borrower shall provide copies of all loan agreements, notes and other loan documents in connection with Indebtedness incurred pursuant to Section 6.1(i) as well as any modifications or amendments to any loan agreements, notes or loan documents with respect to any Indebtedness in existence as of the Closing Date; and
