Other Information and Changes. Borrower shall promptly supply Lender with such other information concerning its affairs as Lender may request from time to time hereafter, and shall promptly notify Lender of any material adverse change in Borrower's financial condition and of any condition or event which constitutes a breach of or an Event of Default under this Agreement.
