Other Information and Documents. Seller shall furnish or make available to Purchaser such additional information concerning Seller’s Student Loan portfolio as Purchaser may reasonably request. Seller shall execute all other documents and take all other steps as may be reasonably requested by Purchaser or the Eligible Lender Trustee from time to time to effect the sale hereunder of a Portfolio of Eligible Loans.
