Common use of Other Information, Documentation Clause in Contracts

Other Information, Documentation. The Bank shall have received such other and further information and documentation as it may reasonably require, including, but not limited, to any information or documentation relating to compliance by the Co- Borrower, or any of them, or any of their Subsidiaries with the requirements of all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations or policies governing the use, storage, treatment, transportation, refinement, handling, production or disposal of Hazardous Materials.

Other Information, Documentation. The Bank shall have received such other and further information and documentation as it may reasonably require, including, but not limitedlimited to, to any information or documentation relating to compliance by the Co- Borrower, or any Company and each of them, or any of their its Subsidiaries with the requirements of all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations or policies governing the use, storage, treatment, transportation, refinement, handling, production or disposal of Hazardous MaterialsEnvironmental Laws.
