Other Information, Etc. From time to time and promptly upon each request, (x) such data, certificates, reports, statements, opinions of counsel, documents or further information regarding the business, assets, liabilities, financial condition, results of operations of the Parent, any other Borrower, any other Loan Party or any other Subsidiary as the Administrative Agent (or any Lender through the Administrative Agent) may reasonably request (and if the Administrative Agent fails to request on behalf of any such Lender, as such Lender may directly reasonably request), and (y) information and documentation reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender for purposes of compliance with applicable “know your customer” requirements under the Patriot Act or other applicable anti-money laundering laws.
Other Information, Etc. All instruments incident to the authorization, issue and sale of the Bonds and all proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Purchaser and the Purchaser’s special counsel, and the Purchaser shall have received such other information regarding the condition, financial or otherwise, and operations of the Company as the Purchaser shall reasonably request and such other opinions, certificates or documents as the Purchaser shall reasonably request.

Other Information, Etc. The Agent shall have received such other information relating to any matters which are the subject of this Section 8.2 or the compliance by Borrower with this Agreement as may reasonably be requested by the Agent.
Other Information, Etc. From time to time upon reasonable request of a Holder (so long as such Person holds any of the issued and outstanding shares of Senior Preferred Stock or Debentures), the Company will furnish to such Holder (or its designated representative) such information regarding the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries as such Holder or its representative may reasonably request. Each Holder and its representatives shall have the right during normal business hours to visit and inspect (in a manner so as not to unreasonably disrupt the operations of the Company and its Subsidiaries) any of the properties of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, to make an independent examination of the books and records of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, to make copies, notes and abstracts therefrom, and to discuss their business, affairs and financial condition with the officers, employees and accountants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Upon receipt of any of the items referred to above (other than items requested under the immediately preceding subsection (u)), the Agent shall promptly forward a copy thereof to each Lender at its Lending Office. Upon receipt of any item requested by a Lender under the immediately preceding subsection (u), the Agent shall promptly forward a copy thereof to such Lender at its Lending Office.
