Other Information Regarding the Notes. On any day on which Notes are issued, redeemed or mature, the Issuing Agent shall prepare and forward to the Issuer as of the close of business on such day a written statement indicating by Note number and principal amount of the Notes issued on such day and the aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding at the close of business on such day.
