OTHER INFORMATION TO THE TRUST. Subject to such instructions, verification and approval of the Custodian and the Trust as shall be required by any agreement or applicable law, Countrywide will also maintain such records as shall be necessary to furnish to the Trust the following: annual shareholder meeting lists, proxy lists and mailing materials, shareholder reports and confirmations and checks for disbursing redemption proceeds, dividends and other distributions or expense disbursements.
