Other Insolvency Events. An Australian Insolvency Event occurs with respect to any Australian Credit Party or an English Insolvency Event occurs with respect to an English Credit Party; or
Other Insolvency Events. If a receiver, trustee or liquidator of Tenant or of all or substantially all of the assets of Tenant or Tenant’s leasehold interest in the Premises shall be appointed in any proceeding brought by Tenant, or if any such receiver, trustee or liquidator shall be appointed in any proceeding brought against Tenant and shall not be discharged within sixty (60) days after the occurrence thereof, or if Tenant shall consent to or acquiesce in such appointment.
