Common use of Other Intellectual Property License Clause in Contracts

Other Intellectual Property License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Company a worldwide exclusive license to use the Other Licensed Intellectual Property, including but not limited to the right to reproduce, distribute, offer for sale, sell, display and prepare derivative works of copyrights in the Other Licensed Intellectual Property, on or in connection with the manufacture, marketing, distribution and sale of products and services.
