Common use of Other Interests Clause in Contracts

Other Interests. It is understood that Trustees and officers of the Trust and shareholders of the Fund are or may be or become interested in the Adviser as trustees, officers, employees, shareholders or otherwise and that trustees, officers, employees and shareholders of the Adviser are or may be or become similarly interested in the Fund, and that the Adviser may be or become interested in the Fund as a shareholder or otherwise. It is also understood that trustees, officers, employees and shareholders of the Adviser may be or become interested (as directors, trustees, officers, employees, shareholders or otherwise) in other companies or entities (including, without limitation, other investment companies) that the Adviser may organize, sponsor or acquire, or with which it may merge or consolidate, and which may include the words “Xxxxx Xxxxx” or “Boston Management and Research” or any combination thereof as part of their name, and that the Adviser or its subsidiaries or affiliates may enter into advisory or management agreements or other contracts or relationships with such other companies or entities.

It is understood that Trustees and Trustees, officers of the Trust and shareholders of the Fund are or may be or become interested in the Adviser Administrator as trustees, officers, employees, shareholders or otherwise and that trustees, officers, employees and shareholders of the Adviser Administrator are or may be or become similarly interested in the Fund, and that the Adviser Administrator may be or become interested in the Fund as a shareholder or otherwise. It is also understood that trustees, officers, employees and shareholders of the Adviser Administrator may be or become interested (as directors, trustees, officers, employees, shareholders or otherwise) in other companies or entities (including, without limitation, other investment companies) that the Adviser Administrator may organize, sponsor or acquire, or with which it may merge or consolidate, and which may include the words “"Xxxxx Xxxxx” or “Boston Management and Research” " or any combination thereof as part of their name, and that the Adviser Administrator or its subsidiaries or affiliates may enter into advisory or management or administration agreements or other contracts or relationships relationship with such other companies or entities.

It is also understood that trusteesdirectors, officers, employees and shareholders stockholders of the Adviser are or may be or become interested (as directors, trustees, officers, employees, shareholders stockholders or otherwise) in other companies or entities (including, without limitation, other investment companies) that which the Adviser may organize, sponsor or acquire, or with which it may merge or consolidate, and which may include the words “Xxxxx Xxxxx” "Wright" or “Boston Management and Research” or "Wright Investxxx" xr any combination xxxxxxation thereof as part of their namenames, and that the Adviser or its subsidiaries or affiliates may enter into advisory or management agreements or other contracts or relationships with such other companies or entities.

Other Interests. It is understood that Trustees and Trustees, officers of the Trust and shareholders of the Fund Trust are or may be or become interested in the Adviser as trusteesdirectors, officers, employees, shareholders stockholders or otherwise and that trusteesdirectors, officers, officers employees and shareholders stockholders of the Adviser are or may be or become similarly interested in the FundTrust, and that the Adviser may be or become interested in the Fund Trust as a shareholder or otherwise. It is also understood that trusteesdirectors, officers, employees and shareholders stockholders of the Adviser are or may be or become interested (as directors, trustees, officers, employees, shareholders stockholders or otherwise) in otherwise)in other companies or entities (including, without limitation, other investment companies) that which the Adviser may organize, sponsor or acquire, or with which it may merge or consolidate, and which may include the words “Xxxxx Xxxxx” "Xxxxxx" or “Boston Management and Research” "Xxxxxx Investors" or any combination thereof as part of their namenames, and that the Adviser or its subsidiaries or affiliates may enter into advisory or management agreements or other contracts or relationships with such other companies or entities.

It is understood that Trustees and officers of the Trust and shareholders of the Fund are or may be or become interested in the Adviser as trustees, officers, employees, shareholders or otherwise and that trustees, officers, employees and shareholders of the Adviser are or may be or become similarly interested in the Fund, and that the Adviser may be or become interested in the Fund as a shareholder or otherwise. It is understood that Trustees and officers of the Trust and shareholders Holders of Interests in the Fund Trust are or may be or become interested in the Adviser as trustees, officers, employees, shareholders or otherwise and that trustees, officers, employees and shareholders of the Adviser are or may be or become similarly interested in the FundTrust, and that the Adviser may be or become interested in the Fund Trust as a shareholder Holder or otherwise. It is also understood that trustees, officers, employees and shareholders of the Adviser may be or become interested (as directors, trustees, officers, employees, shareholders or otherwise) in other companies or entities (including, without limitation, other investment companies) that which the Adviser may organize, sponsor or acquire, or with which it may merge or consolidate, and which may include the words “Xxxxx "Exxxx Xxxxx” " or “"Boston Management and Research” " or any combination thereof as part of their name, and that the Adviser or its subsidiaries or affiliates may enter into advisory or management agreements or other contracts or relationships with such other companies or entities.

It is also understood that trustees, officers, employees and shareholders of the Sub-Adviser may be or become interested (as directors, trustees, officers, employees, shareholders or otherwise) in other companies or entities (including, without limitation, other investment companies) that the Sub-Adviser may organize, sponsor sponsor, or acquire, or with which it may merge or consolidate, and which may include the words “Xxxxx Xxxxx” or “Boston Xxxxx Management and Research(International) Ltd.” or any combination thereof as part of their name, and that the Sub-Adviser or its subsidiaries or affiliates may enter into advisory or management agreements or other contracts or relationships with such other companies or entities.

Other Interests. It is understood that the Trustees and officers Officers of the Trust --------------- and shareholders of the Fund Trust are or may be or become interested in the Adviser Administrator as trusteesdirectors, officers, employees, shareholders or otherwise and that trusteesdirectors, officers, employees and shareholders of the Adviser Administrator are or may be or become similarly interested in the FundTrust, and that the Adviser Administrator may be or become interested in the Fund Trust as a shareholder or otherwise. It is also understood that trusteesdirectors, officers, employees and shareholders of the Adviser Administrator may be or become interested (as directors, trustees, officers, employees, shareholders stockholders or otherwise) in other companies or entities (including, without limitation, other investment companies) that controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Adviser Administrator, its affiliates or subsidiaries or which the Administrator, its affiliates or subsidiaries may in the future organize, sponsor or acquire, or with which it they may merge or consolidate, and which may include the words “Xxxxx Xxxxx” or “Boston Management and Research” or any combination thereof as part of their name, and that the Adviser Administrator, its affiliates or its subsidiaries or affiliates may enter into advisory or management or administration agreements or other contracts or relationships with such other companies or entities.
