Common use of Other Interpretative Provisions Clause in Contracts

Other Interpretative Provisions. (a) Except as otherwise specified herein, all references herein (i) to any Person shall be deemed to include such Person's successors and assigns, (ii) to any applicable law defined or referred to herein shall be deemed references to such applicable law or any successor applicable law as the same may have been or may be amended or supplemented from time to time and (iii) to any Loan Document defined or referred to herein shall be deemed references to such Loan Document (and, in the case of any instrument, any other instrument issued in substitution therefor) as the terms thereof may have been or may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.
