OTHER LABORATORY SERVICES. If laboratory SERVICES are provided for the PROJECT through this AGREEMENT, either by the ENGINEER or its associates, these SERVICES shall be performed in a laboratory selected by the ENGINEER as qualified to perform the SERVICES.
