OTHER LANGUAGE Clause Samples
The "Other Language" clause specifies the use of languages other than the primary language of the contract for communication, documentation, or interpretation purposes. Typically, this clause outlines which additional languages are acceptable for official documents, correspondence, or legal proceedings, and may designate which version prevails in case of discrepancies. Its core function is to prevent misunderstandings and disputes by clarifying language requirements, ensuring all parties are aware of their obligations and rights regardless of language barriers.
