Other Legends. A Note may bear any other legend or text, not inconsistent with this Indenture, as may be required by applicable law or by any securities exchange or automated quotation system on which such Note is traded or quoted.
Other Legends. The certificates representing such Acquiror Company Shares, and each certificate issued in transfer thereof, will also bear any other legend required under any applicable Law, including, without limitation, any U.S. state corporate and state securities law, or contract.

The Company need not register a transfer of any legended Note, Warrant or Conversion Securities, and may also instruct its transfer agent not to register the transfer of the Notes, Warrants or Conversion Securities, unless the conditions specified in each of the foregoing legends are satisfied.

Except as otherwise permitted by the last sentence of Section 5.1, each Security issued to each Holder or a subsequent transferee shall include a legend in substantially the following form: THIS SECURITY IS SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS ON TRANSFER, VOTING AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE STOCKHOLDERS AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 23, 1998, A COPY OF WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED FROM SPECIALTY TELECONSTRUCTORS, INC. AT ITS PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES.
Other Legends. A Note may bear any other legend or text, not inconsistent with this Indenture, as may be required by applicable law or by any securities exchange or automated quotation system on which such Note is traded or quoted. (E) Acknowledgment and Agreement by the Holders. A Holder’s acceptance of any Note bearing any legend required by this Section 2.09 will constitute such Holder’s acknowledgment of, and agreement to comply with, the restrictions set forth in such legend.

The certificates representing such Company Shares, the Company Warrants and, to the extent any Warrant Shares are issued, the Warrant Shares, and each certificate issued in transfer thereof, will also bear any other legend required under any applicable law, including, without limitation, any state corporate and/or state securities laws or under the applicable federal and provincial laws of Canada (the “Applicable Canadian Securities Laws”).
Other Legends. Each Security issued to each Holder or a subsequent transferee shall include a legend in substantially the following form: THIS SECURITY IS SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS ON TRANSFER, VOTING AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE STOCKHOLDERS AGREEMENT DATED AS OF _____________, 1997, A COPY OF WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED FROM CAPSTAR BROADCASTING CORPORATION AT ITS PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES.
