Common use of Other Legends Clause in Contracts

Other Legends. The certificates representing such Company Shares, the Company Warrants and, to the extent any Warrant Shares are issued, the Warrant Shares, and each certificate issued in transfer thereof, will also bear any other legend required under any applicable law, including, without limitation, any state corporate and/or state securities laws or under the applicable federal and provincial laws of Canada (the “Applicable Canadian Securities Laws”).
