Borrower shall pay to Letter of Credit Issuer such Letter of Credit Issuer's other customary fees for issuance, amendment, or renewal of a Letter of Credit and, as Letter of Credit Issuer and Borrower may agree with respect to each Letter of Credit, for each negotiation of a draft drawn under such Letter of Credit.
