Other Licenses. RMLS hereby grants Firm Participant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license during the term of this Agreement to use the RMLS Software and the RMLS Database (excluding the Participant Contribution) (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”), only to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement and the RMLS Policies and only to deliver real estate brokerage or appraisal services to Firm Participant’s bona fide customers. All uses of the Licensed Materials not expressly authorized in this Agreement and the RMLS Policies are prohibited. Title to the Licensed Materials remains at all times in RMLS and shall not pass to Firm Participant.
