Common use of Other Liens Against Receivables Clause in Contracts

Other Liens Against Receivables. Accounts that (i) are not owned by such Borrower or (ii) are subject to any right, claim, Lien or other interest of any other Person, other than (x) Liens in favor of Agent, securing the Obligations and (y) Liens in favor of the Notes Collateral Trustee that are permitted pursuant to Section 5.1(p);

Other Liens Against Receivables. Accounts that (i) are not owned by such Borrower a Credit Party or (ii) are subject to any right, claim, Lien or other interest of any other Person, other than (xA) Liens in favor of Agent, Agent securing the Obligations and Obligations, (yB) second priority Liens in favor of the Refinanced Senior Note Holders securing the Refinanced Senior Notes Collateral Trustee that are and (C) non-consensual Liens permitted pursuant to Section 5.1(p)5.1 which are junior in priority to the Liens in favor of the Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties;

Accounts that (i) are not owned by such Borrower a Credit Party or (ii) are subject to any right, claim, Lien or other interest of any other Person, other than (x) Person that ranks prior to or pari passu with the Liens in favor favour of Agent, securing the Obligations and Agent but excluding (y) Liens in favor of the Notes Collateral Trustee Prior Claims that have been reserved against and that secure amounts that are permitted pursuant to Section 5.1(pnot yet due and payable and (z) Permitted Liens described in subsections 5.1(b), (c), (d) and (f);

Accounts that (i) are not owned by such Borrower a Credit Party or (ii) are subject to any right, claim, Lien or other interest of any other Person, Person (other than those Liens described in Section 5.1(b), (xc), (f) and (q) (subject, in the case of Liens described in favor of Section 5.1(c) and (f), to Availability Reserves and Reserves established, modified or eliminated by Agent, securing at the Obligations and (y) Liens in favor direction of the Notes Collateral Trustee that are permitted pursuant to Section 5.1(pRequired Lenders in their Permitted Discretion));
