Common use of Other Liens or Interests Clause in Contracts

Other Liens or Interests. Except for the conveyances hereunder, Seller will not sell, pledge, assign or transfer to any other Person, or grant, create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien on the Receivables or the Other Conveyed Property or any interest therein, and Seller shall defend the right, title, and interest of Purchaser and the Issuer in and to the Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property against all claims of third parties claiming through or under Seller.

Except for the conveyances transfers hereunder, the Seller will not sell, pledge, assign or transfer to any other Personperson, or grant, create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien on the Receivables or the Other Conveyed Property or on, any interest therein, and the Seller shall defend the right, title, and interest of Purchaser the Trust in, to and the Issuer in and to the under such Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property against all claims of third parties claiming through or under the Seller; provided, however, that the Seller's obligations under this Section 5.02 shall terminate upon the termination of the Indenture.

Except for the conveyances hereunder, Seller the Sellers will not sell, pledge, assign or transfer the Sold Assets to any other Person, or grant, create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien on any Sold Assets and the Receivables or the Other Conveyed Property or any interest therein, and Seller Sellers shall defend the right, title, and interest of the Purchaser in, to and under the Issuer in and to the Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property Sold Assets against all claims of third parties claiming through or under Sellerthe Sellers.

Other Liens or Interests. Except for the conveyances hereunder, no Seller will not sell, pledge, assign or transfer to any other Person, or grant, create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien adverse claim on the Receivables or the Other Conveyed Property or any interest thereinin the Property, and each Seller shall defend the right, title, and interest of the Purchaser in, to and under the Issuer in and to the Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property against all claims of third parties claiming through or under each Seller.
