Other Limitations on Combined Commitments. If for any reason the Outstanding Obligations exceed the Outstanding Obligations as reduced by this Section or because of any limitation set forth in this Agreement or otherwise, Borrowers shall immediately prepay Loans and/or deposit Cash in a Letter of Credit Cash Collateral Account in an aggregate amount equal to such excess.
