Common use of Other Liquidity Facilities Clause in Contracts

Other Liquidity Facilities. The Corporation agrees not to enter into another standby bond purchase agreement or other similar form of liquidity facility in support of the tender feature of adjustable rate bonds or certificates, unless such bonds or certificates are rated by [Fitch,] [Moody's] or [Standard & Poor's] in their highest short-term and long-term rating categories (without regard to "+" or "-" or numerical distinction) after giving effect to such other agreement or liquidity facility in support of the tender feature of adjustable rate bonds or certificates.
