Common use of OTHER LOAN DOCUMENT DEFAULTS Clause in Contracts

OTHER LOAN DOCUMENT DEFAULTS. The Borrower or any Guarantor shall fail to perform (a) any obligation set forth in subsections 6.1, 6.3, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.13, 6.14, 6.17, 6.18, 6.21, 6.22, 6.23, 6.24, 6.25, 6.26 or 6.28 of the Agreement; (b) any obligation set forth in subsections 6.2 or 6.20 of the Agreement and such failure shall continue for 14 days following the occurrence thereof; or (c) any other obligation contained in the Agreement or the other Loan Documents, and such failure shall continue for 30 days after written notice thereof from the Lenders.

OTHER LOAN DOCUMENT DEFAULTS. The Borrower or any Guarantor shall fail to perform (a) any obligation set forth in subsections 6.1, 6.3, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.13, 6.14, 6.17, 6.18, 6.21, 6.22, 6.23, 6.24, 6.25, 6.26 6.24 or 6.28 6.25 of the Agreement; (b) any obligation set forth in subsections 6.2 or subsection 6.20 of the Agreement and such failure shall continue for 14 days following the occurrence thereof; or (c) any other obligation contained in the Agreement or the other Loan Documents, and such failure shall continue for 30 days after written notice thereof from the Lenders.. 7.4

OTHER LOAN DOCUMENT DEFAULTS. The Borrower or any Guarantor Borrowers shall fail to perform (a) any obligation set forth in subsections Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.106.4, 6.116.5, 6.127.2, 6.138.1, 6.148.2, 6.178.3, 6.188.4, 6.218.5, 6.228.9, 6.238.10, 6.24, 6.25, 6.26 or 6.28 8.11 and 8.12 of the this Agreement; (b) any obligation set forth in subsections 6.2 or 6.20 of the Agreement and such failure shall continue for 14 days following the occurrence thereof; or (cb) any other obligation contained in the this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, and such failure shall continue for 30 days after the earlier of actual knowledge by the Borrowers or written notice thereof from the LendersAgent.

OTHER LOAN DOCUMENT DEFAULTS. The Borrower or any Guarantor shall fail to perform (ai) any obligation set forth in subsections Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.106.4, 6.116.5, 6.126.6, 6.137.1, 6.147.2, 6.177.3, 6.187.6, 6.217.7, 6.227.9, 6.238.1, 6.248.2, 6.258.3, 6.26 or 6.28 8.4, 8.5, 8.8, 8.9, 8.10, and 8.11 of the this Agreement; (b) any obligation set forth in subsections 6.2 or 6.20 of the Agreement and such failure shall continue for 14 days following the occurrence thereof; or (cii) any other obligation contained in the this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, and such failure shall continue for 30 days after the earlier of actual knowledge by the Borrower or written notice thereof from the LendersAgent.
