OTHER MARKETING PROGRAMS Clause Samples

The "Other Marketing Programs" clause defines the terms under which additional marketing initiatives, outside of those specifically detailed elsewhere in the agreement, may be undertaken by the parties. It typically outlines the process for proposing, approving, and implementing such programs, and may specify requirements for mutual consent, cost-sharing, or performance metrics. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear framework for collaborating on new marketing efforts, thereby preventing misunderstandings and facilitating coordinated promotional activities.
