Other matters for planning agreements. Bushland A planning agreement may make provision for the rehabilitation, restoration, regeneration and/or conservation of any natural areas. In such circumstances the planning agreement will include: • a description of the site including location, configuration, size, accessibility, topography and existing land uses; • the nature and extent of the works to be carried out; • a map of the site identifying the area where the works are to be carried out; • an assessment of the ecological value of the site in the context of the proposed works; • reference to a plan of management for the proposed works (initial and on-going); • reference to a Species Impact Statement if necessary in the circumstances of the matter; • the mechanism by which the land will be protected in the future; and • any other matter relevant to securing the public interest in the achievement of natural area management.
