Other Matters Pertaining to Prosecution and Maintenance of Patents. (a) Each Party will keep the other Party informed through the IP Managers as to material developments with respect to the Prosecution and Maintenance of the Product-Specific Patents or Jointly-Owned Collaboration Patents for which such Party has responsibility for Prosecution and Maintenance pursuant to Section 7.2.2, Section 7.2.3, or this Section 7.2.4, including by providing copies of material data as it arises, any office actions or office action responses or other correspondence that such Party provides to or receives from any patent office, including notice of all interferences, reissues, re-examinations, oppositions or requests for patent term extensions, and all patent-related filings, and by providing the other Party the timely opportunity to have reasonable input into the strategic aspects of such Prosecution and Maintenance.

(a) Each Party will keep the other Party informed through the IP Managers Joint Patent Committee as to material developments with respect to the Prosecution and Maintenance of the Product-Specific Patents or Jointly-Owned Collaboration Program Patents for which such Party has responsibility for Prosecution and Maintenance pursuant to Section 7.2.2, Section 7.2.3, 7.2.3 or this Section 7.2.4, including by providing copies of material data as it arises, any office actions or office action responses or other correspondence that such Party provides to or receives from any patent office, including notice of all interferences, reissues, re-examinations, oppositions or requests for patent term extensions, and all patent-related filings, and by providing the other Party the timely opportunity to have reasonable input into the strategic aspects of such Prosecution and Maintenance.

(a) Each Party will keep the other Party informed through the IP Managers JPC as to material developments with respect to the Prosecution and Maintenance of the Ionis Core Technology Patents, Product-Specific Patents or and Jointly-Owned Collaboration Program Patents for which such Party has responsibility for Prosecution and Maintenance pursuant to Section 7.2.2, Section 7.2.3, 7.2.3 or this Section 7.2.4, including by providing copies of material data as it arises, any office actions or office action responses or other correspondence that such Party provides to or receives from any patent office, including notice of all interferences, reissues, re-examinations, oppositions or requests for patent term extensions, and all patent-related filings, and by providing the other Party the timely opportunity to have reasonable input into the strategic aspects of such Prosecution and Maintenance.

Other Matters Pertaining to Prosecution and Maintenance of Patents. (a) Each During the Term, each Party will keep the other Party informed through the IP Managers Committee (or directly, if the IP Committee is disbanded) as to material developments with respect to the Prosecution and Maintenance of the Product-Specific any Company Background Patents, Company Agreement Patents or Jointly-Owned Collaboration Patents and Joint Agreement Patents, in each case, for which such Party has responsibility for Prosecution and Maintenance pursuant to Section 7.2.2, Section 7.2.3, or this Section 7.2.48.2, including by providing copies of material data as it arises, any patent office actions or patent office action responses or other correspondence that such Party provides to or receives from any patent office, including notice of all interferences, reissues, re-examinations, oppositions or requests for patent term extensionsoppositions, and all patent-related filings, and by providing the other Party the timely opportunity to have reasonable input into the strategic aspects of such Prosecution and Maintenance.

(a) Each Party will keep the other Party informed through the IP Managers Joint Patent Committee as to material developments with respect to the Prosecution and Maintenance of the Isis Product-Specific Patents or Jointly-Owned Collaboration GSK Orange Book Patents for which such Party has responsibility for Prosecution and Maintenance pursuant to Section 7.2.26.2.2, Section 7.2.3, 6.2.3 or this Section 7.2.46.2.4, including including, without limitation, by providing copies of material data as it arises, any office actions or office action responses response or other correspondence that such Party provides to or receives from any patent office, including notice of all interferences, reissues, re-examinations, oppositions or requests for patent term extensions, and all patent-related filings, and by providing the other Party the timely opportunity to have reasonable input into the strategic aspects of such Prosecution and Maintenance.
