Other Miscellaneous Services. The Town may occasionally have the need for other services not specifically listed in this document that the Consultant has the necessary experience and capabilities to provide. Town may authorize Consultant to perform such selected services on an as-needed basis.

Other Miscellaneous Services. Throughout the duration of the timeframe stated within this Addendum, the College may request the services of the Financial Consultant for the following: - Assist in evaluating and selecting an internal Project Management software system. - Assist in developing and documenting new Project Management policies, procedures / processes for the College. - Assist in evaluating and hiring internal TCCD’s Project Managers. - Assist in training new and present internal TCCD’s Project Managers - As requested by TCCD, provide counsel and expertise regarding matters associated with projects, such as contract development and negotiations, owner’s representation services, conflict resolution management, and evaluation and defense against additional services or change orders requested by contractors/service providers. - As requested by TCCD, provide project management services on specific projects, as agreed upon between TCCD and SAS to assist Program Manager, and TCCD in delivering projects within the Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) list. The exact scope of said services may vary depending on the nature of the agreed upon projects and will be determined between SAS and TCCD. If the College has any concerns regarding the services being provided by SAS during the course of providing this scope, TCCD will notify SAS as stated under Section 8(B) – Dispute Resolutions of this Agreement.
Other Miscellaneous Services. TCA may from time to time use other services. TCA will be billed for these services. A billing document will be prepared that supports the amount TCA owes. That amount will be withheld from the next payment due to TCA. District staff with subject matter expertise in specific areas can provide a wide range of consulting services to meet individual charter school needs. The District offers assistance at a flat hourly rate of $100 per hour, billed in quarter hour increments, for services specified below for up to 20 hours per semester.   • MISCELLANEOUS BENEFITS This Agreement is not intended, and shall not be deemed to be in lieu of any rights, benefits, and privileges to which Employee may be entitled as an Employee of Bank under any retirement, pension, profit sharing, insurance, hospital, bonus, vacation, or other plan or plans which may now be in effect or which may hereafter be adopted by Bank, it being understood that Employee shall have the same rights and privileges to participate in such plans and benefits, as any other employee, during the period of his employment.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. We may also program our computer not to accept your card or access code for any EFT service. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.

  • Miscellaneous Terms The term "or" is disjunctive; the term "and" is conjunctive. The term "shall" is mandatory; the term "may" is permissive. Masculine terms also apply to females; feminine terms also apply to males. The term "including" is by way of example and not limitation.
