Other Modification. This Amendment may be altered or modified only by written instrument duly executed by Borrowers, Agent and the Lenders. In executing this Amendment, Borrowers are not relying on any promise or commitment of Agent or the Lenders that is not in writing signed by Agent and the Lenders.
