Other Modifications, Waivers, Amendments and Consents. Except as authorized under Section 3.08 or this Section 3.15, the Primary Servicer shall not enter into any modification, waiver, amendment or consent with respect to any Mortgage Loan or any instrument of satisfaction or cancellation, or of full release or discharge with respect to any Mortgage Loan.
