Common use of Other Monetary Default Clause in Contracts

Other Monetary Default. Any payment default by the Obligors, the Guarantor or InfraCo under any Transaction Document, other than this Base Indenture, which payment default continues beyond the applicable cure period set forth in the corresponding Transaction Document, or if no cure period is set forth in such Transaction Document, such default continues unremedied for a period of five Business Days after the date on which written notice of such failure, requiring the same to be remedied, shall have been given to the Issuer by the Indenture Trustee (to the extent a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee has received written notice or has Knowledge thereof), the Back-Up Manager, the Servicer (with a copy to the Indenture Trustee) or the Noteholders;
