Common use of Other Mutual Aid Agreements Clause in Contracts

Other Mutual Aid Agreements. Notwithstanding Section 14, it is understood and agreed that certain signatory Parties may have heretofore contracted or may hereafter contract with each other for mutual aid in civil emergency and/or disaster situations, and it is agreed that this Agreement shall be subordinate to any such individual contract.
