Common use of Other Name or Entities Clause in Contracts

Other Name or Entities. Except as disclosed herein or as otherwise consented to by Landlord, none of Tenant's business is conducted through any corporate subsidiary, unincorporated association or other entity and Tenant has not, within the six years preceding the date of this Agreement [i] changed its name, [ii] used any name other than the name stated at the beginning of this agreement, or [iii] merged or consolidated with, or acquired any of the assets of, any corporation or other business.

Other Name or Entities. Except as disclosed herein or as otherwise consented to by Landlordherein, none of Tenant's ’s business is conducted through any corporate subsidiary, unincorporated association or other entity and Tenant has not, within the six years preceding the date of this Agreement Lease [i] changed its name, [ii] used any name other than the name stated at the beginning of this agreementLease, or [iii] merged or consolidated with, or acquired any of the assets of, with any corporation or other business.
