Each Party shall use good faith efforts to take such further actions as may be reasonably necessary to carry out this Agreement, the Approvals and any Subsequent Approvals, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (and subject to all applicable Laws) in order to provide and secure to each Party the full and complete enjoyment of its rights and privileges hereunder.
