Other obligations in respect of Security Assets. (a) (i) The Pledgor must comply with all requests for information relating to any Security Asset which is within its knowledge and which it is required to comply with by any law or its constitutional documents. If the Pledgor fails to do so, the Pledgee may elect to provide any information which it may have on behalf of the Pledgor.
