Common use of Other obligations in respect of Security Assets Clause in Contracts

Other obligations in respect of Security Assets. (a) (i) The Chargor must comply with all requests for information relating to any Security Asset which is within its knowledge and which it is required to comply with by any law or its constitutional documents. If it fails to do so, the Agent may elect to provide any information which it may have on behalf of the Chargor.
