Other Obligations of the Trustee upon Termination. Upon distribution of all the Trust Assets, the Trustee shall provide for the retention of all necessary books, records, lists of holders of Trust Units in the Trust, certificates and files that shall have been delivered to or created by the Trustee for a period of ten (10) years thereafter, at the Trustee’s discretion, all of such records and documents may be destroyed. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, upon the distribution of all Trust Assets in the Trust, the Trustee shall have no further duties or obligations hereunder.
