Upon distribution of all the Trust Assets, the Trustees shall provide for the retention of the books, records, lists of holders of Units and files which shall have been delivered to or created by the Trustees with respect to the Trust. In the Trustees' sole discretion, all of such records and documents may be destroyed at any time after seven years (or such longer period as may be required by applicable law) from the distribution of all of the Trust Assets. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, upon the distribution of all of the Trust Assets, the Trustees shall have no further duties or obligations hereunder.
