Other Obligations Upon Termination. On termination of Executive’s employment, Executive shall: (i) immediately (and with contemporaneous effect) resign any directorships, offices or other positions that Executive may hold in the Company or any of its affiliates; (ii) immediately deliver to the Company all documents, books, materials, records, correspondence, papers and information (on whatever media and wherever located) relating to the business or affairs of the Company or its business contacts, any keys and any other property of the Company, which is in Executive’s possession or under Executive’s control; (iii) irretrievably delete any information relating to the business of the Company stored on any magnetic or optical disk or memory and all matter derived from such sources which is in Executive’s possession or under Executive’s control outside the premises of the Company; and (iv) provide the Company with a signed statement that Executive has complied fully with Executive’s obligations under this Section 9(g).
